During the holy month of Ramadan, thousands of families in Bihar face food insecurity. Merhamet Evi stepped in to ensure that communities in Arrah City could observe Ramadan with dignity, access to sufficient nourishment, and peace of mind.
What We Did
This project provided one month’s worth of essential food packages to vulnerable families, carefully designed to meet their daily nutritional needs. Each package included staples that could sustain a family through the month, helping them focus on spiritual reflection rather than hunger.

- 2,450 liters of essentials distributed

Why It Matters
Food insecurity can prevent children from attending school, affect health, and increase family stress. By delivering these packages, Merhamet Evi not only addressed immediate hunger but also helped build stronger, healthier communities during Ramadan
